Payment and cancellation terms
Only payment of the training fee in advance entitles you to participate. Participation can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the training course. For cancellations within 4 weeks, we charge 50% of the participation fee. In the event of withdrawal within 5 working days before the start of the training course or on the first day of the training course, or in the event of non-attendance, the full training fee has to be paid. Cancellations must be made in writing.
